False advertising and bad attitude

I went to your Fourways Branch and ordered 4 sarmies, 2 of which were Steak and cheese specials, one meatball sub and 1 Melt. Rather then nice thin slices of steak on my rolls, the lady opened a little container with what appeared to me blobs of meat in a gelatinous looking sauce and dumped it on the roll. It was not even enough to spread evenly on the roll and cover the surface of the roll, I picked up the pamphlet and pointed to the lovely picture of the meat filled roll with meat overflowing, smothered in cheese and said "this is what I ordered, and it looks nothing like that". Her reply "oh that is only for advertising purposes, we are told to put only 60gms of meat on each sub". 60gms is 4 tables spoons and while I think that is a ripoff, what I what I got was not even 2tbs of actual meat. It was sauce with a few meat blobs. I should have very carefully checked the food before paying because the meatball sub had 3 miniature meatballs the size of R2 coins on it, the veggies were all water logged or dried out and the roll disintegrated from the wet veggies. Cookie order was also wrong and I got nut cookies for a family with nut allergies. Shocking and disgraceful!!!
