Poor Service and no response to e-mails

Mc Donalds Pinetown - long queues. Only 2 out of 4 tills serving. Computer displays that show menus not working. Store has recently been upgraded, but service is very very poor. Have e-mailed head office, and put complaint on their website, but had no response.
