Wasn't Helped - staff too busy playing games

I went into Incredible Connection to attempt to make a purchase. When I couldn't find what I was looking for I went to ask for assistance. The staff in the gaming sections were too busy playing games and ignored me when I tried to ask for help. Shocking. I'm very disappointed with the lack of service.
