Utterly Appalled
I have never received such bad service in my life! I made use of the drive thru service at WILROGATE and got the worst service from "Nowabisile" (not sure of the spelling). I asked her if they had an 8 piece combo with fries and she told me about two combos - the one with mini loaves and the one where you can choose three sides. I then told her I am not interested in either so she should give me a street wise 5 and a streetwise two with three pieces. Asked her for a receipt which she then said I will receive at the next window. Got to the next window-no receipt and I a piece of meat was missing-got a street wise two-two piece instead of three. I then asked the lady why I got two-piece when I paid for three and she told me to take it up with the person I paid to. I then demanded a receipt which had the items but the total was ripped off (My guess is she was probably in on it). I then confronted her about it and she was very rude and blatantly refused to apologise. She said she does not care if she gets fired in fact she hopes that I get fired from where I work.
