What happened to good kfc?

We bought two zinger tower burgers and a street wise one with an extra piece. The chicken on the burgers were tough and over cooked. The chicken in the street wise one did not taste like kfc, and had a bitter taste. I emailed kfc last night and nobody has bothered to respond.
