No Shakes Available with R30 Promo

On sunday 12/05/2013 me and my wife went to our local steers branch for a lekker burger, chips n shake R30 as promo, when we got there the ladies infront was very rude and not helpful, they said they dont have ice cream to make the milkshakes and could not offer me and my hungry wife that special, and then told them its not a problem give me 2cokes instead i will pay the difference in, they still refuse to help and i left to mc donalds.
please sort this out asap
