Pub staff called up liars, & the manager nowhere

We (6 of us) went to this pub on sunday to watch manchester united and liverpool play in the barclays premier league.
my mate ordered the special which consisted of chicken wings and strips, onion rings and chips with a peri peri sauce.
the order came through very quickly however the order was incorrect.
so as they had been nibbling from the basket we kept calling for staff to attend to us as this was wrong and the buck kept being pushed to the next person.
eventually the guy who served us came through and he insists that we are lying about this.
it took him almost 15 minutes to come through to us, and then we call for the manager who never pitched up.
the waitor insists we are lying and we ate the food.
after waiting for another 20 minutes for someone to help namely the manager, nobody pitched.
this service is ridiculous, we paid for something we didnt get!
the service was that poor and pathetic that we decided to leave the place and name and shame them on a public platform such as this.
people need to know and understand how pathetic the service is, and we all educated men get called LIARS!!!
something needs to be done and addressed in this regard
