Unprecedented Service

Polpetta's makes good food, so it's always busy. Knowing this I phoned ahead to place a take-away order and waited to collect it. When I arrived I found that several other people had arrived at the same time.

After waiting 10 minutes to pay for my order, I confronted the manager and explained that he had better make a plan or he could keep it. His response: 'take it on the house'

Later that evening, he phoned me to personally apologise.
