Human nail found in Nandos Meal

During our meal at Nandos Umgeni Rd. Springfield Park, we came across a human nail in our meal! We contacted the waiter who had called her senior. When her senior had arrived we explained the problem to her and we had asked for a refund in which she said cannot be done and had took the nail downstairs to her branch manager. When she returned with her branch manager, she had returned with some other item, not the nail in which she had taken from us and insisted that it was what we had given her, and it had dried up from downstairs to the top. The branch manager had insisted that it was not a nail, it was a part of the lemon and herb basting in which we did not order lemon and herb chicken. The mangager raised her voice at us, used vulgar language and had told us to leave in a rude manner in front of all the other customers who were looking at us due to the noise the manager had caused.
