Store Manager has a bad attitude

I placed my order & when recieving it there was a shortage with the amount of chips given, and when we informed the cashier she swore it was correct but when we showed her the proof that she was wrong she finally gave the chips. When I got back to the office I noticed a burger missing, I called KFC to informed them&Jo-Anne the store manager said she would check the footage&get back to me which I said was fine, after the call I realised my mistake&awaited her call to apologise as her line was engaged when I tried to call. When she called back I was out of the office&she spoke to my colleague stating they check the footage& they gave the correct amount of burgers&hung up, She then called again&told my colleague over the phone that I am dishonest& she is going to banned me from the store over a mistake, Jo-Anne had a bad attitude&lacked people skills. I was so furious when I heard this that I called her&told her what I think of her&when I confronted her she denied it, which makes my colleague look like a. She had no right telling my colleague those things all she had to do was leave a message to callback. I think KFC needs to employ better people, as Jo-Anne give KFC a bad name!!!
