Upset, annoyed, feel cheated

I always have the big mac and jalapeno sauce on the side, a friend suggested I take the Mexican burger as it had jalapeno sauce on. On arriving back at work to eat my burger there was no sign of jalapeno. I immediately called them but to no avail from 12h30 to 15h30. I then go there this morning, the manager calls Andries... who tells me that, and I quote " we precisely put on jalapeno, it is precisely not the same one I order on the side, and it precisely melts on the tomatoe, (Andries learnt a new word), I pointed out that the picture showed jalapeno sauce very clearly and that I was not happy when all I saw was the hot sauce. Well, I tell you that trip was in vein. Thank goodness for Hello Peter! Mcdonalds, do not associate anything to Mexican which is generally spicy and juicy, to that dry bun with patties you offer.
