DON'T BUY AN ICE CREAM CAKE FROM OH LA LA SHOP

I am an events organiser. I had a client who wanted an ice cream cake. I contacted Claudia and she said yes she will do the cake. I placed an order for the cake. I advised her that I will collect the cake from the shop. She indicated that she will not be at the shop on Saturday and we agreed that I will collect the picture from her house and the cake at the shop.

When I got to her house, the picture was not ready. She said I must wait for 5 minutes and 20 minutes later, she said her printer does not work and that there is nothing she can do about it and she was not even bother or feeling sorry. She said she cannot help in anyway.

We arranged that i will fetch the cake and she will bring the picture at the venue. When I got to her shop, the cake looked horrible. It looked like it was done by a 4 year old child and it was already melting. I thought her attitude was UNPROFESSIONAL. Her negligence really led to reputational damage to my company and all the client I had lost and the time that I wasted running around and following up with her. She about her whereabouts. WHEN I GOT TO THE PARTY WITH THAT HORRIBLE CAKE, THE CUSTOMER THREW THE CAKE IN THE BIN!!
