Shop has not water for a patient

My mom just called me 2ask my aunt 2 fetch her as she is not feeling well coz the staff @ Chicken Licken refused 2 give her water 2drink so she can take her meds. She walked in2 the store & placed an order 4 a Slyder snack, then she asked Ellen Sicila 4 water being the cashier she told moms 2take a seat & the lady that cleans tables will bring her a glass of water. Johanna Mogwasa being that lady told my mom straight that the store does not have water 4her, they only have HOT water. She explained that she needs water 2take her meds and she still refused. I then call the store on 011-938-1766 & spoke the Manager"Pretty" & explained the situation @ 12h24 & she promised to go & ask the staff & help my moms, @ 12h27 I called back & she gave an attitude & started shouting that she spoke 2her staff and there is no 1 that asked for water, yet the customer is still in the shop. I asked her 2be fair & call out my moms name &2 please assist with water as she is not well and is shaking already, She refused &told me that her staff says there is no 1 like that. Moms walked 2 MacD's & they gave her water with no hassles & no question asked, UNACCEPTBLE
