KFC does not care about customers

On numerous occasions from numerous outlets we have attempted to buy KFC crushers or icecream cones and were told that the machine was not working or was being cleaned. Finally I decided to speak to the KFC careling about it and sent them an email, whilst I was waiting in the KFC queue. I received a phonecall apologizing, and indicating that they would follow up on the matter and send me further communication. I was also told that I would receive and SMS with a reference number. I received the sms on 27 September 2013 with my reference number P11/12/1829 however, that was the last communication I received from KFC.

I have subsequently gone back to outles, and have found the same issues (I gues I am a sucker for punishment). What is even more upsetting, is at the drive through when one collects the order, you are told to go forward and then reverse back. This is to bypass the timer mechanism recording the efficiency of the drive through. It completely negates the purpose of having a system like that in place. Again, this was the experience at a number of outlets.

It would appear that the general chaos, is the fact that top management to not care.
