Most enjoyable meal

Our family and spouses had a meal at Cuppachinos on Monday evening. The service and the food were good. Unfortunately 2 of the meat meals were served less-than-hot because the plates had not been warmed. When we complained, the chef replaced the meals without question. And after we paid the bill, we found that we had been given discounts on the advertised prices. Thank you.
