They keep proving me right

Here we go again

I laid a complaint about this branch last time and they were really quick to respond and told me good things (I will not wait longer than 45 minutes and the supervisor will personally deliver the Pizza if he has to).

Fine so I invited the same guests I had invited the last time and told them they will not wait for supper this time, so I order in advance thinking that if it takes time then it will be delivered while the guests arrive, but then 1hour and 30 minutes go by and still nothing and then a whopping 3 hours later the driver rocks up with the pizza, colder then when froze over and he still tells me to pay for the pizza, i ended up paying R50 for it and gave it away coz I didn't want the driver to get in trouble.

When i looked into his car, there were pizza's for Africa and he said that people chased him away and he explained that the demand was greater than what they could supply!! I call in and the cashier says the food is on the way but then the owner said no drivers are to go out because the people at the store have to be served first.

I GIVE UP! this is pathetic, really terrible service.
