I'm not really someone to complain but this is ridiculous! I'm waiting for my pension fund to pay out and everytime there is a problem or some error and I never get feedback! I have probably called out R1000 in airtime just trying to get feedback! And everytime the call centre gives me a different story! All this for my own hard earned money! This is pathetic! Was thinking of getting some of your services or investing with you but clearly that's not going to happen!
