Absa made me loose my pernsion money

I am horrified. For months I was blaming my pension scheme for paying my money into the wrong absa account, only to find out that THEY recalled payment and notified ABSA weeks before my money was!!
Why was this not done, why was the incorrect account not stopped, like my branch was able to do!! however it was too late. I demand answers and financial compensation. I am not leaving this matter.
