11th of March till 30th April still waiting!!!

On the 11.03 I ordered an apple ipad through FNB's smart device promotion, they claimed: "delivery within 5 to 10 working days"
I phoned every three days to check on the progress and was politely told i would be contacted.
I was never contacted and the only communication was when I contacted them.
After three weeks I was, I complained on the FNB Facebook Page and the Twitter Page and was again told "I confirm that they are currently attending to this and will be in contact with you shortly" RB Jacobs - 28.03
Again I was not given any feeback till eventually I received an email stating I do not qualify for the device
"unfortunately the application was declined. Our system will reject the order to go through due to the turnover" Junaid Ebraim - 9.04
They declined the order because my boss paid my salary in two seperate parts because her business is battling. I was very disappointed but accepted it.
Then all of a sudeen i get an sms on the 12.04 confirming reciept for delivery of the ipad from the courier!
It finally arrives the 17th but the device is faulty, i reported it on the 19.04 and I am still waiting for them to collect the faulty device on the 30.04.
