I came across FNB's Smart Device packages which i liked, i then decided to apply for a Silver iPAD Air 16GB wifi & cellular, on the 14th of January 2014. The following day i received a sms stating that I would be contacted shortly about my application. Till today, I have yet to receive any kind of communication from FNB regarding my application.

What's so hard about letting me know whether my application is approved or not!?

I sent a query on the FNB site and the response I received via email, was vague and it basically stated that I need to have an account with FNB which I do have! This has really dampened my spirit I thought by now I'd have the device, but I am still waiting. I have been a proud supporter of FNB for quite some time but now the bank has let me down.

FNBs communication is just plain awful. What a waste of time and effort I should have just went to MTN and purchased my iPAD there!
