NPDA
My account id Debited but Creditors not receiving

Good day

My name is Jabulani Mashinini and have been under debt counseling with the NPDA but my problem is they are busy deducting my money and my creditors are not receiving any money from NPDA.
I have contacted them by phone someone said they will call me back and the will send me a statement showing that they have paid my creditors but till today I have not received a call or a statement I have sent them emails till today there's no reply I don't know what to do who to contact regarding this matter its 4 months now they are now taking my whole salary.
