Monies paid over to NPDA on time they never pd my

Good day

I am very unhappy I made payment to NDPA on the 18.12.2013 they never pd money over to my creditors today is the 10..01.2014, I am still waiting a payment report, This is not ecceptable now my creditors will think I did not make payment, I need somebode to let me know, I phone them the excuse they gove me is the holidays. I am very sorry but that is a lame excuse to say the least,
