NPDA
They're still deducting after i've canceled

I cancelled my contract with NPDA as i noticed that i didnt need them anymore and it was over a year or two ago BUT they still deducting money from my account even though they've send me a cancelaltion letter. I did call them a few imes regarding the matter but they'restill deducting a R1000.00 a month which i have to reverse at thte bank every month. Please help!
