On 8 April I send an E-Mail to Clientele Legal to enrol for legal assistance. At about 13:00 Riswin phoned me. We completed the transaction over the phone. I made it very clear that payments must not be deducted before the FIRST of every month, as I only get paid on the second last day of the month. While still on-line I received a SMS with my policy number and a message that my first instalment will be deducted on 01-May. Riswin said that I will shortly received a hard copy of my policy in the post, depending on the Post Office. He also said that I will get an E-mail copy of the policy within a day or two. When I mentioned that I am interested in a hospital plan, he promised to e-mail me information about the different options available. On the 19th April I contacted the call centre as I was still waiting for ALL the documentation. The woman I spoke to said that as a different department is responsible for the sending out of policy documents she will pass my query on to them. She informed me that they do not have any material about hospital plans, but that someone will phone me after 18:00. Someone did phone - at 15:00. To date (30-05-2013) I have not received anything yet.
