Almost a month later and still no response

I was unable to pay my instalment at the and of March and called in to make the nessesary arrangemants. On 4/4/2013 i spoke to Dawn who told me that the correct department will contact me.
I call them again today and after talking to Thule and her transfering me to Suzan who is so unmannerd and interrupts me and is propably still sleeping i finally hung up on her.
I then called back and spoke to Palesa who transferred me to Tandiwe and i insisted on talikng to a manager. Mokone was busy on a line and i left a message and he called me back within seconds. According to Mokone i called and spoke to Bridgette on the 16th of April and arranged for a double debit order which i did not. I will never authorise this if i know my finances wont allow this. Ive have always paid my account on time and never missed a payment date. Now that im was not able to mmake the payment it is just 'sorry but your doouble debit is set!!! "
