Hi I had recently required services through Nedbank where I curently hold my accounts, after liasing with the call center (Which was very prompt) I was told to go to my nearest branch to complete my request, I called in set an appointment time and date and dealt with Pranisha over the phone. when I got there I was greeted with a great attitude and smile which made me feel welcomed .we had concluded everything and I was assured that it will be conduct by a certain date .it was done even before that date, UNDER PROMISE OVER DELIVER just brilliant service and excellence well done Nedbank and a Bigger thanks to Prenisha.
