I went to the kroomboom branch in Cape towen this morning and spent 3 hours waiting for them to confirm if i was a signatory on the above account after a staff memeber eshaam confirmed this on Friday the 26/04/2013.
I was told that they need to seaerch for the mandate and that it can take long as thier filing is not up to date (shocking especially when the mandats are directly related to the functioning of the account)
I have also tried to report a chq but no incident report was completed only a photocopy of the chq was made.
It is shocking thet the business manager is incompotent to assist and the business team leader give conflivting Information. Your service is pathetic and i will be placing this on hello peter and have lodged a compliant on the financial services board againt K MASEKWAMENG.
Standard banks service is actually beyond pathetic, I have lodged a complaint with the financial services board.
