R 400 promotion if can't beat current premium

I responded to their advertisement promoting R 400 if they can't beat current premium. I went through process of giving details etc & Outsurance quote over R200 more expensive. They then sent me link to website & OTP so that I can send them existing policy details & bank details. This is where the fun started. No matter what I did, it won't allow me to upload the policy. The path keeps getting overiden by their software. Upload path becomes " c/fake/..." Very covinenat. When you call the call centre, your call gets transferred from 1 department to another. No one can help!! I eventually spoke to a Abram Letsoalo and he promised to sort everything out. Nearly a week & numerous email, still no reply. I've most probably spent over R 400 on time, calls & mails just trying to claim this falsely advertised promotion.
