No response from Scopion MR. Mtshazo

I've experience problems with my employer they don't want to pay for my provident fund. Scopion told me that the person responsible for this is Mr. Mnonopheli Mtshazo. He never called me, I have been calling the call centre ever since January 2013 to found out what is going on, when I'm calling I will leave a message over phone for Mr. Mtshazo to call me back or send an e-mail to Mr. Mtshazo requested for an update. He will never respond to me on any form of communication. When I called one day Godfrey Makondo answered the phone and told that Mr Mtshazo has sent me a post that I never received. I requested Godfrey to send those forms by e-mail and he did. I then signed them and send them back to both Mr. Mtshazo and Godfrey. when I'm calling today the Lady with a Name of Sharon answer the phone and she told me that she is not sure whether Mr. Mtshazo has send my forms to Adjudicators or Not. 5 months has NOW gone passed with no response from scopion and Mr. Mtshazo. I don't know what to do please help.
