THE WORST LEGAL PROTECTION!!!

On 31August2013 I was Unfairly dismissed by GNLD INTERNATIONAL.The matter was reported to Scorpion Legal Germiston on 5 September 2013.Thereafter I was refered to Scorpion Legal JHB for to a Labour Attorney. I was told that the CCMA will send me An sms regarding Appearance date. After 2 months (end October '13) still no response from Scorpion or CCMA.This was very frustrating then I decided to call out of my own concern. The receptionist replied and said that the matter was supposed to be referred to CCMA Benoni (after 2 months this was a great shock as I trusted Scopion do keep me informed regarding this matter) Now 3 months later all they can say is that they will call me back. Being UNEMPLOYED where do I get the money to keep on calling Scorpion when it is THEIR duty as service providers do do the right thing. Every month this subscription is being paid by the assistance of my understanding daughter. This is really bad service!!!
