What am I paying for because I am not getting help

I sent my car for repairs and I was dissatisfied with the work that was done. I was being taken advantage of and decide to get legal assistance.

I called LegalWise to book an appointment with their best consultant. I was referred to Godfrey and an appointment set for 25 July 2013 at 2pm which was in 3 weeks from the time of call. I commended the way he handled my case on the day. I sent all agreed info

Since then I have tried to contact Godfrey on numerous occasions and was told that he will return the call. When the call is returned, it is returned once. No second call and you will defiately not get him if you call back.

On Monday my call was returned and I was told that I was at fault for not replying with a completed report. I objected to receiving such and asked Godfrey to verify. Upon verification, he told me that he sent the email to a Mr Dlamini - how professional is that? Not even the decency to check the details of whose call you are returning? No apology, mind you, he said he will send them by Tuesday morning. Nothing. Its Wednesday.

I'm afraid writing this report because of victimisation. I can almost ascertain that my matter will not resolve.
