ABSA is beep bank!!

I've been with Absa bank for many years. Moved areas and did FICA on my account in December at The Glenn. Got an SMS last week that I need to bring ID and proof of residence by the 6th of April to avoid accounts being blocked. Called the call centre immediately who confirmed that all was in order and that I am fica'ed... Try to do Internet banking tonight (30th of March) my accounts are BLOCKED. Now I know very well who beep bank is!! I've managed my a counts responsibly and have an awesome credit rating. Dam you ABSA bank if this damages my responsible financial image.
