HAVE A PERSONAL LOAN WITH ABSA BANK AND WANTED TO CANCEL THE CREDIT LIFE POLICY, AS IT CAN ONLY BE DONE AT THE BRANCH, WENT TO THE BRANCH ON THE 24TH OF APRIL 2013, EARLY IN THE MORNING ROUND ABOUT 9H30.WENT TO ENQUIRIES AND THE WAS ONLY ONE TELLER WORKING THE OTHER TWO WERE OFF LINE, THE LADY MADE A COPY OF MY ID AND TOOK MY NUMBERS, SHE INFORMED ME THAT AS SOON AS SHE GETS ON LINE, SHE WILL GIVE ME A CALL, CAUSE THERE ARE DOCUMENTS SHE NEEDS TO EXTRACT FROM THE SYSTEM, TOLD HER I'LL BE BACK IN AN HOUR, WENT BACK AND SHE WAS NOT THERE, SPOKE TO THE LADY WHO WAS ON LINE, I THINK HER NAME IS ZODWA WHO SAID SHE WILL CALL AS SOON AS SHE IS BACK BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS.NO RESPONSE WAS GIVEN, CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY SPOKE TO ANOTHER WHO SAID THE LADY THAT WAS HELPING ME WILL BE IN LATE AND TOOK MY NUMBERS PROMISING ME I'LL BE CALLED BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY...
