Satisfactory service despite the circumstances

My car was broken into on the 18th of July, my handbag and cellphones were during this break in. On calling budget insurance, I spoke to Ruth Kies. The fine print I never read put me in a spin when I called in to make my claim. I was not pleased with how I will not get reimbursed for what I lost during the but I have to mention that hearing this from Ruth Kies who is sympathetic, understanding and a good listener was a consolation. Ruth was well informed on claims, she did not make any false promises, she got all the facts together before advising me what the way forward was. She listened to me vent about the fine print without shutting me down and she was very understanding about my frustration as well as my loss. She is the main contributor to my not moving my policy from Budget. I didn't get reimbursed for all I lost but I received great service from Ruth Kies and I would like to thank her.
