I WENT TO NEDBANK TO ACTIVATE INTERNET BANKING ON MY CREDIT CARD JUST TO BE TOLD THAT I NEED TO GO TO THE BANK THAT MY SALARY GOES TO SO THEY CAN LINK THE TO COZ BESIDES THAT I WONT BE ABLE TO DO A TRANSFER.AS PUZZLED AS I WAS I WENT TO MY BANK ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT ITS NOT NECESSARY. WENT BACK TO NEDBANK JOINT THE QUEUE AGAIN AND WEN I GOT TO THE LADY THAT SEND ME TO MY BANK I EXPLAINED TO HER AGAIN AND I ONLY GOT "OOH I GUESS YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THE BANK SALES LADIES, NEXT PLEASE"
I JOINED THE QUEUE AGAIN AND AFTER 20 MIN CAME A LADY THAT SAID I NEED TO CHECK THE BOOK AND CONFIRM IF THESES PEOPLE WHERE HELPED OF WHICH I TOLD HER I WAS THERE LONG BEFORE ALL THOSE PEOPLE BUT INSISTED ON CHECKING ONE BY ONE . AND YES I WAS THE FIRST

POINT IS NEDBANK KEYWEST SERVICE REALLY AND THE STAFF HAS NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHATSOEVER
