I would like to thank Mr. Johannes for his professionalism and patients as I needed home and car insurance and had no idea what was needed. Mr. Johannes answered all my questions and as I am a blonde I had to ask him what things intailed having lost connection on the phone a couple of times he went out of his way to assist me. I have never had such fantastic service from a call centre representive as I did on Wednesday morning 24/04/2013. My questions did not seem to irritate him and I never once got the impression that I my questions where stupid or I was keeping him out of a tea break or lunch break so he did not rush through the agreement but made sure I understood fully what I was getting from the policy I purchased, as is the case with many call centres. Thank you so much and wish everyone was as dedicated to their positions as you are.
