This is just to say a big thank you to Johannes Martin... I called in 05/04/2013 to activate insurance cover for my car and Johannes was so patient and really explained EVERYTHING in detail and so well I understood clearly. He assisted with lowering my excess and giving me the best deal he could (much appreciated!). I wasn't sure of the model and he even went the extra mile to assist with getting the correct model. This might be his job description but the way in which he handled the call and the service he provided was excellent! At first there was a bit of a volume error on the call and he advised he will switch phones to assist me better. I am really impressed with the service SO far and look forward to MANY great experiences?
