Poor condition & Maintenance of ATM machines

For three weeks now the ATM in Paardeneiland has not been able to read cards. I have had to use FNB and been charged R6.70 per transaction. Last Wednesday I wanted to make a deposit and withdrawal: Heerengracht locked, Long street no deposit envelopes, Plein Street no deposit facility. Having driven all around Cape Town trying to find an ATM, I eventually ended up in the Gardens Center where I was able to do both transactions.
The number of times their machines are unable to give you the amount requested because they only have R20, R100 & R200 notes is really frustrating. Most of their ATM's are long past their "sell by" date and transactions take far longer that they should.
I receive my statements via email (without my written permission). I cannot access them because they have my ID number wrong. I have corrected it at my branch but this has not managed to filter its way through the system.
I wanted to open a separate account at my branch. I waited for three quarters of an hour only to be told that the consultant had to go out for an appointment and would not be able to see me!
Come on Standard Bank! Being one of the big three is no good without the service to go with it.
