I called nedbank and spoke to lerato i just need to know my balances and which company debited my account because the figures differ as to my calculation. i got such terrible service, lack of knowledge . just makes me wonder hw nedbank employ such people like this who has noknowledge of banking. they had a dam care attitude. hopefully i will switch 2 FNB next month:) much better service @ FNB
