Budget Insurance
Refusal to pay my claim

I've been with Budget Insurance, since 2008 & have been paying them well without skipping nor had any claims before. I was involved in a car accident in December, around 21h00, while trying to avoid the car that nearly hit me but unfortunately, I hit an island in the middle cause there was an on coming traffic & I was also trying to avoid a head on collision.
The Insurance told me that, they were gona write off my car & I asked them to buy it from them. Then they said, they'll send their assessor to check everything & then later rejected my claim, stating that my car tires were not in good condition. Such was never stated in the contract I have with them & I'm really disappointed in them for treating me in this manner, after I have been so loyal to them as my Insurance.
I would like to know if I can get help regarding the matter or what more can I do because I still don't have a car, since December.
