Old Mutual
Bad Service

I have invested 2 different policies at Old Mutual trusting in them 2 be helpful and understanding but now that I need them most they leaving me in the dark which I find very unfair. I am in a crisis now and need there help 2 release MY MONEY and all they can say is "WE CAN'T HELP U" there is no such thing when you are a customer 1 is suppose 2 go that extra mile 2 have an satisfied customer not??? I understand there are issues in the contract that binds them but surly they must have means and ways 2 go against them what if I was seriously injured touch wood that won't be the case but what if and I needed my money asap are they really just going 2 say no and let me die will they have that on there hands??? I mean this is not for luxury this is serious I need MY MONEY 2 save my .plz if there's any1 that has knowledge about this plz contact me I'm desperate. Oh and just 2 add my financial advisor when I explained 2 him my situation he sent me all the forms 2 sign giving me hope then 2 say after that they can't help me u can't do that 2 someone!!!
