Bad Customer Service

The beginning of June i went to Old Mutual in Pretoria to take some of the money from my Investment Plan yes the person who helped me was so very helpful, i even received the money i asked but he never explained to me that you only take the money one's a year, so before the end of the month i went there and ask for a money again and he told me that i am not allowed i said why then he said i thought you know because the financial Advisor are the ones who supposed tell you. i was so disappointed because i wouldn't bother myself to go there if i knew. that is not my problem because nobody explained to me. i want the money before the end of this week what must i do? one other thing i did not take all the money because i didn't want to misused it.

i really really need the money. i know every company has rules but if you do not tell me it is not my problem.
