How Can These People be allowed to act as an FSP?

Shocking!! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional organisation in my entire life. They run debit orders before pay day, incur bounces on accounts and bank fees as well as a bad reputation. I call them and speak to them and they do nothing!! i cancellled my debit order and they continue running it still on incorrect date. They send sms's which I respond to. If I ask for help or to be contacted i get ignored!! if I make a snotty comment I get a snotty comment back. DO NOT accept a loan from these guys, they are a bunch of unprofessional and are a law unto themselves. These people are non compliant with any regulatory body that they fall under and I am reporting to the FSP Board, the NCR and the CPA and will not stop until they either cease to exist or start operating professionally.
