Always Exceeding Expectations

It is such a pleasure when expectations are always exceeded!! Besides the many interactions and great service experienced in the past, this is another example of the great service I received from Standard Bank, in particular form Ntombi Ndlalane; and I thought it high time I share. My son and his friend were returning from summer vacation and experienced a problem with his bank card. They were stranded (car running on empty) with no cash, unable to draw money or use the card; and stuck in a small town in the middle of the Karoo. The local branch was not able (eager? restricted?) to help. However following a frantic call to Ntombi, the matter was resolved within an hour! Ntombi had no real reason to assist me (my son), however she took control and went out of her way to contact the applicable parties to resolve the problem! Within no time, I received a call stating all had been resolved and the lads were on their way and returned home safely... and this is not the only time Ntombi has assisted me. She is a real ambassador for Standard Bank and a valuable asset to their business!! Well done and thank you kindly!! Your work is appreciated!!
