17.10 FOR A MISSED call I am disputing.

The credit act and contract states that yes all communication will be charged - but 17.10 for a missed call is unacceptable and when they are calling 5 times a day too.. I have requested on numerous occasion an answer on this matter and no reply. The fees of these missed calls has amounted to over 3000 rand when I do pay my outstanding amount whether I am called or not, and my account is outstanding for only 4000 so now its 7000 because of these fees in a large amount. I am trying to pay in full but refuse to pay these ridiculous fees for a missed call at 17.10. and yet they do not contact me on other numbers they have.
