Pathetic reception

I have tried calling the call centre to complain... cant get through as YOUR SIGNAL!!! When im at home... I never get a single call as it goes to voicemail, all i get are 20 mesages saying "you had a missed call from the following numbers"

I ported my number over to cell c a few month ago and its been so far. Im a consultant and a missed call means missed sales!!! I HATE CELL C... is there anything I can do... pay my way out of this contract...
