Bank Statements

Currently I'm in the process of buying a new vehicle and in order to get the finance finalized, I need 3 months of bank statements.
I went to the bank, went online to print them and for some reason ABSA don't have any record of my transactions for February (statement date 01/03/2013). It is now 1 week later after many requests, that I'm STILL trying to get it from them.
If I owe you 10c, you will make no secret of it, you will send me letters, get people to phone me, but when I'm in need of YOUR assistance, you really do take your time.
I pay hundreds every month towards banking fees and this is the kind of service I'm getting.
