Mpho is a great help and that company must realise

I was so frustrated as 1life had a problem with their phones. I kept on calling for over 3 weeks and the client services people who would pick up would keep saying they can not here me. I got so angry and thought that they were now pulling a fast one on me. The thing is i know this company to be a good company so i could not believe the kind of treatment i was getting then i came to a conclusion that maybe it was gong bankrupt or something which might be the reason they pretend not to hear clients on the phone because the funny thing is that when i call the sales call center they would answer but client services would not. I then sent a complain and a gentleman by the name of Mpho Molefe contacted me. He made sure that i got the help i needed and i even after that there was a misunderstanding between me and the company. I sent him an email again asking him what was going on (i was very angry by the way) he called me, calmed me down and explained everything nicely. What i liked about his service is that he did not get bothered no matter how many times i contacted him regardless of all the negative things i was saying about the company (out of anger). Mpho is good at what he does
