Mpho & Lucky ROCK!!

On 14 Nov I went to PnP Hyper @ Maponya to buy 800g Clover Tussers cheese that was on promotion @ R58 but the store did not have stock of the item. I then requested a rain-check from Mpho who advised me that due to low demand, they do not carry the stock item but promised to source it from other stores and arrange an IBT for my collection upon arrival. I was kept in the loop on developments and 4 weeks later, Mpho advised me that Lucky has offered 2 x 450g of Clover Tussers cheese @ R58.

On 20 Dec I went to the store, paid and collected the latter from Mpho who was quite humble and apologised for the length of time it took them to resolve the matter - now that's what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

I trust PnP values 'rare diamonds' like Mpho & Lucky cause it's not often that I experience such a heart warming treatment from a PnP retailer.
