You want to downgrade my credit record over R25???

Just received a sms to say that my Bluebean credit card was in arrears and that I had to call. I did so and spoke to Mapula. I explained to her that I think it's ridiculous that Standard Bank is chasing me when due to an oversight my card is R25, yes TWENTY FIVE RAND in arrears. She was not interested in discussing this with me and started threatening me that she would downgrade my credit rating. I see this in a very serious light and should I not receive a written apology from her I shall close this account as well as my business accounts with Standard Bank. It is good to experience first hand what and how the bank values and treats me. I have always had a good relationship with Standard Bank but it would appear that it might be time to move on.
